Terms & Conditions for Website Use & Web Orders

Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal, a secure online payment service.  We can also take e-mail and phone orders, please call us with your preference and credit card details.  All payments are to be made in US Dollars.  Charge will show up as "Xsoul International" or "Xsoul Int'l", our parent company name, on your credit card statement or Paypal account. 


Taxes:
Tax is charged on orders billed or shipped to in California @ 9.75%.  No tax charged on orders billed or shipped to all other states within the USA.  International customers are responsible for taxes and import duty’s levied by their country’s import guidelines.


Shipping:
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (not including holidays) and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  We offer 2-day and next day services via UPS or FedEx and international expedited service through any carier with the best rates.  We can accommodate certain special shipping requests, so please email us your query.


Shipping Costs:
Shipping is based on weight, and will be calculated at checkout.  Average shipping costs are $6 for the continental US via USPS 2-3 day service, $15 for 2-day service and $25 for next day service.  International shipping rates vary and will be noted on the checkout page.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges incurred on shipments traveling outside of the US.  If you have any questions about your order, please contact us or inquire from your government agency.


Returns and Exchanges:
We have tried to present the products as accurately as possible with clear images and precise descriptions.  We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.  In any circumstance that you are not happy with your purchase…

  • you may exchange it within 14 days of receipt. 
  • products must be in their original packaging with tags, they must be unworn and unused.
  • you are responsible for the cost of return shipping... 
  • we will cover shipping cost to send you a new product.

Merchandise may only be returned...

  • for a refund within 5 days of receipt
  • if the piece is defective, within 14 days.
To exchange a defective piece, ship it back with a tracking # and we will gladly replace it free of charge.  We will credit you the return shipping cost.

Please notify us of any returns within the time specified.

If you simply changed your mind or want another style, you may send the piece(s) back at your expense and obtain credit from us for another purchase or a future purchase.


Restrictions:
All designs, information, material, etc. are property of Cupcakes & Pastries and may not be copied, downloaded, uploaded to another site, reproduced, republished or distributed without explicit, written permission. 


Privacy Policy:
We will not share or sell your personal information with third parties for any reason—ever.
